Processing Time:

Orders are typically made and prepared for shipment within 3-5 business days. During holidays, launches, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time:

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Incorrect addresses:

Please double, triple-check your shipping address before placing your order. M3Magnets is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses entered at checkout. 

Lost or Delayed Packages:

Once a package has been handled to the shipping carrier, delivery delays are outside our control. If your package appears lost, please contact us  and we will do my best to help.

Damaged Orders:

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package(s) so we may assist in a prompt manner.
