Thank you for supporting our small business. Each item is custom made and prepared by hand with care.

Custom Orders:

Because all personalized photo magnets are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect photos submitted at checkout
• Ordering the wrong quantity or size or type of magnets
• Spelling errors submitted at checkout

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or we made a mistake, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Once reviewed, we may offer one of the following:

• Replacement item
• Full or partial refund

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if production has not started. Please note, once payment has been received, production typically starts right away with downloading and editing images if necessary. 

Shipping issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
